![]() ![]() I'd pay way more if it delivered on its implicit promises. It is priced correctly for its current content. However, it does not deserve overwhelmingly positive reviews. I hope this helps even just a few people. or just completely against getting this game, you're wrong for not having this game in your library already. A few more mounts would be nice but once again it's just Early Access, there is time and I can't wait for what's to come. All I want to see is more endgame gear such as trinkets, armor sets, weapons, etc. I got this game just wanting to try something new and I was beyond surprised at just how much thought has gone into this game. I can't really make a list of things I don't like about the game because honestly I haven't really found anything yet and not really expecting to. Like I said, nothing completely game altering. Remember the game is Early Access so there are a few MINOR and I mean minor bugs here and there but nothing game breaking by any means.Įxample: Using the "Loot all of Inventory" function on a Lunchbox will sometimes split a stack of Blueberries or Blackberries putting some in your inventory and leaving the rest in the Lunchbox. There are so many great things I can say about this game but you (the reader) should just jump in and experience it for yourself. (Talking from experience on one of my Hardcore characters - R.I.P. The endgame is quite balanced and you never get so overpowered that it just becomes boring, stay on your guard and be aware or you might just get cocky and end up dying. Having the ability to use your mind and come up with some pretty solid tactics using different gear setsĪnd trinkets to shred an endgame boss in 1.7 seconds or simply building walls or utilizing structures toįunnel the sheer mass of late game Raiders into their impending doom. The Settlement and Settlers are an outstanding feature which eventually voids your need to farm thoseĥ. Stronger and then shortly after just grind again to "get that next armor set"Ĥ. The progression system feels rewarding and you don't have to grind endlessly just to make yourself So many quality of life additions that I honestly was not expectingģ. This game has everything it needs and more to become a long lasting gem full of great memories solo or with your friends.Ģ. I see the developer(s), haven't done my research, are still updating the game and more than anything I hope that this continues. In my 70 hours of playing this game I have completed all the achievements as well as progressing multiple Hardcore characters to the "endgame", or at least what I view as the endgame portion of this game. That being said this game and it's potential has already made it's way onto my Top 3 list. For context, I have spent countless hours on the Open World Survival Craft genre with the RPG touch such as Don't Starve (and DST), Terraria, Haven & Hearth, etc. ![]()
